Vacant Home Staging

Set To SellTM maintains an extensive inventory of upscale furniture and accessories that we use to stage vacant homes.  Most spaces look smaller and feel cold and without furnishings and most buyers cannot visualize furniture placement in an empty space.  Our goal is to define each space in a home to enhance the positive features and downplay any negative features.  We allow the buyer to visualize themselves living in the space. We provide services for vacant homes and to furnish model homes for a new developments.  As another  benefit the furniture that we place in a home can be purchased by the homeowner or by a potential buyer.  We also provide turn-key furniture packages for rental property.

Occupied Home Staging

Most homeowners cannot view their house objectively.  They have developed a personal style that suits their lifestyle.  While it is great to personalize a home for living it is not best for selling.  We are able to view a home from a buyers perspective.  We will declutter and depersonalize an occupied home and use our inventory along with the homeowners furniture and accessories  to expertly stage each home to sell in the shortest time for the highest return.

Staged For Living

We offer redesign and space planning services as well as vacation home staging.   We provide an objective look at the furnishings that you already have and can redesign your space without the expense of using an interior designer.  If you have purchased a vacation home we can use furniture you may already have as well as additional inventory to provide a space that is staged for vacation living.

Other Consulting Services

Set To Sell  provides furniture placement and space planning consultation to builders, architects and homeowners.  We will review plans to ensure that spaces are designed to take into consideration furniture placement and also furniture being moved into the home.  We will look at the layout of each space as it relates to the appeal of potential buyers.
